As a long time resident in the area, I am raising my four children in Setauket. I have been a Three Village PTA Executive Board Member for over a decade, serving on the boards at multiple schools and I am active in many outlets for community service. I have worked for 8 years as realtor in the north shore Long Island area. My motivation for starting a career in real estate was my own personal experience in buying and selling a home. I felt like every agent I contacted wanted me to buy what they thought I wanted without listening to what my actual needs were. I have taken what I learned from that and now I pride myself on ensuring that every client has the best possible real estate experience with me. I listen to them, I learn what their needs and wants are and help guide them to make the most educated, practical decision. I spend the time touring the inventory in my area frequently to learn what is out there. I take extra steps to research every property to ensure that I am providing a memorable and easy experience. I like to think I don't just sell houses, I am a real estate match maker! Real estate is a personal business and I put a lot of care and thought into my job. My seller clients will all agree that I advocate for them aggressively to ensure top dollar in every market. I want everyone I work with to feel comfortable with their decision. Trust is one of the biggest part of being a successful Realtor and I know my clients value my dedication to them and trust me enough to refer me to their friends and family. Nearly 95% of my business has been personal referrals in the last few years and I'm very proud of that. I have passion and enthusiasm for this industry and I absolutely love what I do!
